RETURN COSTS AND RESPONSIBILITY
We sincerely trust that your purchase will meet your expectations; however, in certain instances, outcomes may differ. In the unlikely event that your satisfaction is not unequivocal with the newly acquired jewelry, we kindly request you to reach out to our Customer Care Team via email at info@silventi.com.
Please note that we will only refund items that qualify against the terms set out below.
To return a jewel for credit, please make sure that the product is in new condition and that it does not show signs of abuse. The following return reasons for new purchases are accepted:
- Incorrect Product or Size Ordered
- Product Did Not Meet Customer’s Expectations
- Company Shipped Wrong Product or Size
If product is damaged within the warranted period, which is indicatable, we advise you to contact our Customer Care Team by sending your purchase info and damage details to info@silventi.com.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Once the item has been returned to ourselves then please allow up to 14 days from the date of receipt for a refund to be processed and credited to the method of payment used.
RIGHT TO CANCEL
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us: of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
WARRANTY AND REPAIR
Your purchase at www.silventi.com is warranted for a period of twenty-four (24) months from date of purchase under terms and conditions of this warranty. It covers manufacturing defects existing at the time of the purchase. It only comes into force if the warranty certificate is dated, fully and correctly completed.
The manufacturer’s warranty does not apply in case of:
- Any damages as a result from improper usage, lack of care, negligence, accidents (dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.) such as scratching, bouncing, falling of the Silventi products;
- Warranty does not apply to Silventi products in case it is handled by non-authorized persons, without written permission of Silventi.
